To perform a basic validation check to see if the necessary components have been completed before saving a study, select 'Validate Study' from the Study Menu option on a study. Components that are successfully completed will display a green tick, components that are incomplete will show a red X. Note: studies must be fit for successful validation before they can be saved or published to the database. Studies that do not validate successfully can be saved to the file system.
